Welcome from the Headteacher

Welcome to Claycots Primary School (Town Hall Campus)

We are a family school with a genuinely happy and friendly atmosphere. We pride ourselves on the unfailing courtesy and love for learning of our pupils and the fact that we know that when they move on to Year 7 they will be armed with a mature attitude, a sense of achievement and an excellent ‘all round’ education.

Our LIVE values resonate throughout the school and give us direction and focus in all that we do.

L  Love Learning and Lead Learning

I   Investigate and Innovate

V  Value Ourselves, Each Other and our community

E  strive for Excellence through Expectation

All pupils are encouraged to develop confidence, enabling them to relate to their peers and adults in a natural and unassuming way. An emphasis is placed on caring for others, manners and courtesy. Each pupil is encouraged 'have a go' at things with a positive attitude and each pupil is proud of their achievements.

We look forward to welcoming you into our school – visits are welcome.

Luke Graham

It is a genuine privilege to lead Claycots School’s Town Hall Campus as the Interim Associate Headteacher. Since starting my career as an NQT nine years ago, Claycots has been my second home and during this time, I have seen the school grow from a three form intake campus (Britwell) to the thriving partnership of Claycots Britwell and Claycots Town Hall which exists today. I truly believe that our Claycots children are fantastic and have the absolute potential to succeed in the goals they set themselves, and so I am eager for our pupils to receive a high quality education which facilitates the growth of their skills and talents, as they prepare for life in modern Britain. Nurturing the growth of our pupils’ skills and talents is the focus of our dedicated staff who show professionalism, enthusiasm and a passion for what they do. Our LIVE values are an important part of the ethos of the school and pupils, parents and staff use these collectively, to shape our interactions, application to learning and high expectations, creating a values based school. I am very much looking forward to working with our parents and carers so that our pupils thrive, whilst also working with leaders across the school partnership to continue to raise the profile and quality of provision at Claycots School.
