Dear Parents/Carers,

In light of the current situation with school closures, the PE staff at Claycots School feel it is important for you and your children to try and remain active, even when at home. To support you with this, we have provided resources to help you to keep moving during this time.

The Government guidelines for daily activity stands at 1 hour of moderate to vigorous activities. We strongly encourage you to support your child to achieve this as best you can. Feel free to get involved!

Below, you will find links to free online content designed for primary school children. As well as that, we will put activity cards on the school website. From Monday, our new twitter and Facebook page ‘ClaycotsPE’ will be up and running. Here, we will provide you with frequent challenges for your whole family to attempt from home.
