Andrew Griffin Executive Headteacher Over the past 28 years I have been extremely committed to providing children with high quality education, enjoyable experiences and memorable moments. I am an extremely passionate person who believes whole heartedly that education is centred on the child and all children have the right to high standards and quality educational provision. I have been a headteacher of three very different schools, a Maths Adviser in Slough, a School Improvement Partner and a Director of Outdoor Education.
Luke Graham Associate Headteacher Since graduating with a PGCE nine years ago, Luke has committed himself to Claycots School, beginning as a newly qualified teacher and progressing his career into senior leadership. He is passionate about high quality teaching and learning, and is committed to his own professional development, having recently completed an M.Ed in Educational Leadership with the University of Buckingham. Currently, Luke is undertaking NPQH. Lukeâs philosophy of education is that all pupils, irrespective of background, should have the opportunity to fulfil their potential. Luke's role is to ensure that the pupils of Claycots School Town Hall Campus receive the best education and fulfil their potential, whilst also working in partnership with senior leaders at Claycots School's Britwell Campus.
Ian Newton Associate Headteacher I am extremely proud to be the Interim Associate Headteacher for the Britwell Campus. I have worked at the Claycots Britwell Campus for a year as the Assistant Headteacher for Horizons and it has been one of the most rewarding of my twenty years in education. I will look to build on the excellent work of Miss Whitlock and will continue to work to provide the very best outcomes for our pupils. My philosophy in education is simple - all children should be given the chance to excel, regardless of their circumstances. The professionalism, energy and enthusiasm of our staff is something unique and using the LIVE values as our moral compass, I will work with school leaders, all staff and you as parents to ensure that all members of the Claycots family, pupils, parents and staff, always give the best versions of themselves. I believe that Britwell is a special place and we should be proud of trying to excel. #proudtobeBritwell
